Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased from mostlydead.co.uk / Halloween Direct you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. International shipping charges are not refundable.  Please email HeadHaunter@mostlydead.co.uk or call 803)661-5617 for return instructions and authorization prior to shipping product.  A credit to your card or a check will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s). You must include your name address & original invoice number with your return. Returns should be sent UPS or insured mail, in case it is necessary to verify that they were received. We are not responsible for returns if these precautions are not taken. Shipping costs are non-refundable to destinations outside of the continental United States. Shipping costs on orders shipped by any expedited method will not be refunded. If an item cannot be shipped within the specified time you will be notified via e-mail and given the option to cancel your order.
