Lining Pencils and cake eyeliners are important tools in any makeup artist's kit. This smooth and creamy pencil formulation is like creme makeup in pencil form. Eyeliners and Lip Liners, depending on the shade, are used for clown makeups, theatrical character makeups, special effects makeup and straight or glamour makeup.
Be aware that some tints used have been determined to be an eye irritant and are labeled for lip use only. All such colors are marked as Lip color, colors marked as Eye color may be used around the lips as well.
A note on color: color swatches below are as true to life as we can acheive. Every computer screen shows color differently and may slightly alter the appearnace of the swatches. The multi pencil stock photo shown is much less accurate and should not be relied upon. |
